- Ninety minutes on the one decision holding everything else up. We read what you send ahead and come prepared to work.
- You leave with a written roadmap and an honest read on whether we are the right partner for what comes next.
- The fee is credited in full toward your first engagement if you decide to move forward.

6-month minimum. A defined roster, by design.
- A standing strategic advisor with access Monday through Friday and up to six hours of focused work each month.
- Monthly document review, a monthly executive check-in, and two team trainings across the year.
- Built for leaders standing up infrastructure at eight figures, where a wrong turn is measured in years. The roster stays small on purpose.

A single hard day, or a room that needs the thinking.
Not every problem needs a retainer, and not every audience is one leadership team. A full day given to a single decision, and a keynote that puts the same frameworks in front of a room.

VIP Intensive

One full day (up to 8 hours), in person or remote, given entirely to the decision that cannot wait for a retainer to ramp. We prepare against your materials beforehand and spend the day inside the problem with your team. You leave with a written Clarity Map and a direction you can move on.
A day runs the same as one month of Beacon Partnership, so stepping into a standing partnership afterward continues the work rather than restarting it.
