When you complete our contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, organization (if you provide it), the type of engagement you are interested in, and the details of your message. When you book a meeting, our scheduling provider collects your name, email, and any details you add.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our host records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and running. We may use analytics tools to understand how the site is used.
Cookies. Our site uses cookies for basic functionality and, where applicable, analytics. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings.
How we use your information
We use the information you share to respond to your inquiry, schedule and prepare for conversations, deliver and improve our services, and keep the site secure. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us operate the site and our practice: our website host, our contact-form and spam-filtering tools, and our scheduling provider. These providers process the information on our behalf and are expected to protect it. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Third-party services
Our contact form runs on Fluent Forms with Akismet spam filtering, and our scheduling runs through Calendly. When you use these features, your information is also handled under those providers’ own privacy practices.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and client information only as long as needed to respond to you, deliver our work, and meet legal or business requirements, after which we remove it.
Your choices and rights
